These terms cover the use of the Digital Avenue website and the Digital Avenue CSR Inbox, a tool operated by Notify Me Digital Marketing Services ("Digital Avenue") to answer Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages for its client businesses.

The service

The CSR Inbox lets a client business and its authorized staff read and reply to messages sent to its Facebook Page and Instagram account. Some replies may be drafted automatically from information the business provides. The business remains responsible for the accuracy of its prices, services and policies.

Not medical advice

Replies sent through the tool for clinics give general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for consultation with a licensed doctor. Medical questions are referred to the clinic's staff.

Acceptable use

Users of the tool must follow Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger Platform policies, may not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages, and must keep their login details private.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Digital Avenue is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the tool, outages of Meta's platforms, or information supplied by client businesses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
