Data Deletion Instructions

If you messaged a business that uses the Digital Avenue CSR Inbox on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you can ask us to delete your conversation history and any details you shared (such as your name, mobile number and email).

How to request deletion

1. Email tim@digitalavenueph.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the name on your Facebook or Instagram account and the business Page you messaged.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your records within 30 days, then reply to confirm it is done.

You can also send "delete my data" in a message to the business's Page, and staff will forward the request to us.

What is deleted

Your messages, attachments, contact details and appointment notes stored in our tool. Messages that remain inside Facebook or Instagram are controlled by Meta; you can delete those from your own Messenger or Instagram app.
